Hey, I’m Jenika Rae! Your coffee-sippin’, mountain-loving, North Shore healer—here to help you reconnect with yourself through Craniosacral Therapy, Energy Healing, Breathwork, and Yoga.

As a Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Breathwork Facilitator, and Yoga Instructor, I believe in the profound healing power of touch, breath, and connection. Our sessions together aren’t about me “fixing” you—you are your own greatest healer, teacher, and guide. My role is simply to hold space, offer tools, and help you access the deep wisdom that already exists within you.

That’s where Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and Fascial Release come in.

Unlike traditional massage, where deep pressure and kneading are used to work out muscle tension, these gentle techniques take a different approach—working with your body rather than applying force.

With CST, I use a light, precise touch to release tension in the head, neck, spine, and fascia (the connective tissue that weaves through your entire body). This gentle approach helps calm the nervous system, relieve pain, and promote deep relaxation—often more profoundly than a traditional massage. Many clients drift into a meditative, dream-like state as their body naturally unwinds.

Fascial Release can ease wide spread restrictions in the whole body—helping to relieve TMJ tension, headaches, and soreness while offering a deep sense of calm.

If you: Experience stress, tension, or headaches, Prefer a gentle, intuitive approach over deep pressure, Want to feel restored—without soreness afterward, Are looking for a therapy that balances both body and mind -

Then Craniosacral Therapy and Fascial Release might be exactly what you need.

But healing doesn’t just happen on the table—it happens in the moments between, in how we move, breathe, and care for ourselves daily. That’s why I love weaving in Yoga, Breathwork, and Energy Healing—practices that empower you to step into your own healing journey.

Through my years of training, hands-on experience, and personal exploration, I’ve gathered tools to help you reconnect with yourself and live a vibrant, aligned life. Every body is unique, and every session is tailored to meet you exactly where you are.

Let’s chat about how I can support you on your path to relaxation, restoration, and self-discovery.

With kindness, always.
